At Love To Try, we want to make sure our customers have all the information they need to make informed decisions when buying from us or interacting with our online store.

  • How long will it take for my items to arrive?
    It can take up to 30 days to process the order(s), ship the item(s), and drop them at your door. Shipping times vary from product to product and are often based on demand and shipping location.
  • How can I pay for my items?
    We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover Amex and Paypal.
  • Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
    Yes. Please contact us if you do not receive a confirmation number within 24 hours.
  • Where do you ship your items from?
    We ship from our partnered warehouses and factories, which are located in US, Europe, Asia and Africa. So, if you order more than one item from us, please don’t be surprised if your items are shipped separately – different factories specialise in different areas of manufacturing.
  • If I enter my email address, will you sell my information?"
    We do not sell any customer information. Emails are strictly for follow-up purposes and to send newsletters containing information on our promotions and coupons for discounts. Visit our Website Terms of Service page for more information on how we use and protect your data.
  • How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
    It will take usually between 1 to 3 business days.
  • How much do you charge for shipping?
    You can choose from standard and express delivery options. Standard delivery to a location of your choice in the UK costs £5.99; express delivery costs £9.99.   • What if I want to return or exchange my item(s)?

  • Will I have to pay any customs charges?
    It depends which of our partners is shipping out your order, and where they are located. Please visit our Shipping page for more information on import taxes and charges.
  • Which currency will I be charged in?
    We process all orders in GBP. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will check out with GBP at the most current exchange rate.
  • Where is your company located?
    Our office is in the UK, but we have strong links with many suppliers and manufacturers overseas.
  • Where can my items be delivered to?
    Currently, we only ship to the UK. Feel free to contact us if you would like to arrange a delivery to a different region.
  • Who can I contact if I have a problem with my order?
