How much does shipping cost?
You can choose from standard and express delivery options. Standard delivery to a location of your choice in the UK costs £5.99; express delivery costs £9.99. Spend more than £50 and you will be eligible for free delivery on all your items.

Please note that orders shipped to countries that are not within the UK may also incur extra shipping charges.
How long will it take for my order to be processed?
Most orders are processed and sent from the closest warehouse within 1 business day. On occasion, it may take up to 3 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number within 1 or 2 days of your item being shipped.
Why is my order going to be shipped in different packages?
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different warehouse, depending on which location has the fastest availability. If an item is popular and on a back order, we might ship your items at different times in different packages to make sure the rest of your purchases reach you faster.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped out directly from our many domestic and international warehouses, and the staff at these locations will do everything they can to fulfil your order quickly. Your order should be with you within a maximum of 30 days.
What happens if my order gets stuck or lost in the post?
All our orders are sent out with shipping and handling insurance. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back to source, or even lost during the delivery process, we apologise – the processes adopted by the postal service are out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking wherever possible. Please see our refund and return policy for more information.
Will I be charged for additional taxes at customs?
All our items are shipped from different warehouses, some of which are located overseas. The customs charges you can expect to pay will vary from country to country.

Please note:
Love To Try is not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location. Please contact your local Post Office for any issues with your package once it has been marked as "delivered".

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to the returned shipping fees that we will incur from the Post Office.

If you do not enter the correct billing address that is on file with your bank, we will not ship your order until further verification is obtained. This is to prevent credit card fraud and protect us and our customers.
